Rotaract District 9212

Rotaract@Work

Rotaract @ Work has been redesigned. This is informed by a broadened definition of Work that better reflects the diverse classifications of our Rotaractors. It mimics the evolution of Rotaractors from students, through job seeking, to their progress in their professional paths. In the new
world, Creatives and Entrepreneurs cannot be left out in thinking about work – and we have not.
Rotaract @ Work is now a program. It aims to increase Rotaract’s impact in the development of Rotaractors through training and imparting skills necessary for their growth. It will accomplish this through curricula developed by leaders in the Human Resource and Entrepreneur Training
spaces for objective tracking of progress and shall be reviewed periodically. Five curricula shall be employed, tailored for entrepreneurs, students, job seekers, and professionals.
